Science Fair!
Fourth grade did a fantastic job with their Science Fair projects! We are so proud of our 4th Grade winners and all of our students! We enjoyed meeting with the judges and seeing eachother's projects. On Thursday, we had the Empty Bowls Project in the gym. PDS raised $2,000 to go towards Helping Hands! Thank you so much to those of you that participated in this!
Here are some pictures from the Science Fair! Have a restful weekend, and we will see you back here on Monday!

Great week!
We have had a great week in 4th Grade! We enjoyed our snow day, but are glad to be back with our friends! We started our new reading book, "Survival Flood." It's a historical fiction about the flood that effected our area in 1927. We have enjoyed reading it so far, and are anxious about reading the book!
We have a lot going on at PDS! Next Wednesday, January 19th, is our school Science Fair! Come by to see all of our students' experiments and hard work! Also going on next week is our Empty Bowls Project on Thursday, January 20th. Please stop by the Gym that evening to purchase a bowl of soup and see the wonderful pottery bowls that our students have made in art class!
Remember no school on Monday for Martin Luther King Day. Have a blessed weekend, and we will see you Tuesday!

Holiday Pictures!
Here are some pictures that were of some our holiday festivities! Mr. & Mrs. Neill (Mrs. Norman's parents) sent us a package before Christmas! It was a popcorn ball kit! We really enjoyed decorating our popcorn balls! The fourth grade also went to Indywood to deliver Christmas cards that they made. Our presence was definitely appreciated, and we had a wonderful time!
Also shown, are some pictures of our Christmas Party. We had great time, and had fun making our pillow craft! Thank you so much to Mrs. Rinks and Mrs. Stone for organizing the party! A great time was had by all!
